Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins is an Mexican American Sportscaster. The present sportscaster is for ESPN and is anchor for SportsCenter news, as well as host of SportsNation. She was hired by ESPN in 2016. Antonietta was at the end of her senior year in high school, but she had a clear idea of her professional goals. She visited Mount Union University to see if it was a good fit for her. The result was that she loved the school and they had the program she wanted. After completing her high school studies, she was accepted into the University to pursue media studies. They developed a lasting relationship with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the supervisor at WRMU 91.1 FM, a station of which she was a member. He guided her to become confident in herself and his enthusiasm for journalism had a profound impact on her as did she. She strived to live up to the expectations of him and not failed him.
